Exchanges:
GoalieMonkey.com® will gladly accept exchanges on all non-clearance products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions. We will not accept exchanges on custom goalie equipment or clearance items.

Refunds:
Refund returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. Please note that the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer.

Express Exchange:
Express service is available for a $5 service charge. If upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges); then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item.

Clearance / Closeout Items:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Clearance items can NOT be returned or exchanged. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Clearance Leg Pads may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for an item of the same type.

a) Please ensure to remove the protective clip and/or the tape over the print head prior to installing the ink cartridge into your printer.

b) After installing the cartridge, run up to three (3) print head cleaning cycles (see your printer manual or help). This keeps the nozzles clean and ensures optimal print quality.

e) To improve print quality, place the ink cartridge print-head on a moistened towel with warm water for 1-2 minutes only and then on a dry paper towel, repeat process 2-3 times until ink begins to flow.

f) Low ink or out of ink error messages - Your replacement cartridge is filled to maximum capacity. The ink level indicator window may prompt cartridge as empty or low, please ignore & close the message window.

g) Printer does not recognize cartridge. Ignore this message and attempt to print using your replacement cartridge.
Return Policy and Procedure
1. If you wish to return a purchased item for any reason, please first email our Customer Service department (customerservice@usa4ink.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back to us.
(a) If you are requesting a refund, refund RMAs will be given within 45 days from the original date of shipment. After 45 days, store credit will only be provided
(b) If you are requesting an even exchange of any of our items due to being defective, RMAs will be given within 180 days from the original shipment date. However, we retain the right not to service a customer who abuses our return policy system.

2. All inkjet & laser toner cartridges that are returned must contain at least 75% of the ink or toner. We cannot accept items that have been used or items purchased from another website or retailer. Please insure that you return manuals and accessories with your return. If requesting a refund, please also enclose all promotional items that were included with your order. Also, to expedite your return we request that you enclose a copy of the original order receipt or packing slip as proof of purchase.

3. After you have received an RMA number from our Customer Service department, you must write the RMA number on the outside of the package above our shipping address. Please do not write any other correspondence to us on the outside of the box. All returned items must be received within ten (10) days of the issuance of the RMA number and return instructions. Failure to do so could result in a delay of a refund or exchange.

4. If you are returning an unneeded or incorrectly ordered non-defective product, you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion. In cases where you return one item that is unneeded or incorrectly ordered along with other defective items, we reserve the discretion whether or not to charge you the 15% restocking fee for the unneeded or incorrectly ordered item.

5. We do not reimburse or refund you for any shipping fees, including return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments. We strongly recommend that you send your return using a shipping company that provides you insurance and tracking number for your package.

6. Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive your return for your replacement or refund to be processed. If you are eligible for a refund, we will take every step possible to process all refunds within 10 working days from receipt of returned items. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands, restricted shipping methods and additional shipping cost may be applied.     WARRANTIES: We have a 90-day warranty on all items, unless otherwise stated.

    RESTOCKING FEE: None, we simply don't feel right about charging our customers a restocking fee on a perfectly good item.

    PURCHASE ORDERS: We only accept PO's from schools, hospitals and government agencies.

    PAYMENT METHODS: Orders must be paid by credit card, Paypal, wire transfer, or prepaid check.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We ship via Priority Mail for International orders outside the United States. Email us at info@deepsurplus.com with a list of items you are interested in and your shipping address in order to get a quote.

    MINIMUM ORDER: No minimum on website orders. Phone orders have a $20 product minimum.

    SHIPPING: Orders received before 4PM EST (1PM PST.) , Monday through Friday will usually ship the same day. Orders after 4PM (EST) (Monday through Friday) will usually ship the next business day. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Laguna Niguel, CA via FedEx or the Post Office.

    RETURNS: During the 90 day warranty period we accept returns for any reason. Please contact customer service for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. When you call us have your original order number ready along with a list of the items you want to return. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) number will be emailed to you. Please write this number on the outside of the package when returning the items back to us. Mail your package to 27671 La Paz Rd., Laguna Niguel, CA 92677. When the product has been received you will be refunded for the amount of the product only. Shipping cost will not be refunded. Refunds will be issued within 48 hours upon receipt of the package. Email notification of the refund will be sent to you.

    SALES TAX:
    All sales shipped to an address in the state of California will be charged sales tax, unless a resale card has been filled out and submitted to us. Please note that a copy of your resale certificate is not sufficient, we must have the proper form filled out, signed and either faxed to us at (949) 606-9447 or scanned in and emailed to orders@deepsurplus.com.
