Air Orders:
All AIR orders placed prior to 11:00 a.m. PST will usually ship that same day (assuming all items are in-stock). Any order placed after 11:00 a.m. on Friday will be shipped the following non-holiday Monday.

Pickups:
Orders leaving GoalieMonkey.com® are picked up Mondays through Fridays only. Overnight orders that ship on Friday will be delivered the following Monday, unless you choose the Saturday delivery option.

Shipping To P.O. Boxes:
UPS will not ship to PO Boxes, please use a physical street address. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us and a 5% re-stocking fee. Orders shipped via UPS are subject to the 'Terms and Conditions of Service' as detailed on UPS.com.

Address Changes:
Please verify the accuracy of your shipping address before submitting your order; a fee of $14 per package will be assessed for each address change once the order has left our Warehouse.

Return Policy

All Returns or Exchanges must be completed within 30-days of original shipping date. All items must be new, unused, and in the original box and packaging. Items purchased on GoalieMonkey.com® may not be returned to any of the retail store locations. Please make sure the item(s) you wish to return meet this criteria before proceeding to the return steps below.

Return Information About Specific Items:
Sharpened Skates are NOT Exchangeable or Returnable. Do not sharpen skates until you are sure that they fit correctly. Custom Orders, Special Orders, Team Orders, or Other Special Accommodations are NOT returnable or exchangeable for any reason. Jocks/Undergarments are Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable for ANY reason.

We Will Not Accept Returns With Shipping Labels Attached Directly To Product Packaging:



Exchanges:
GoalieMonkey.com® will gladly accept exchanges on all non-clearance products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us for return/exchange information. Customer must pay for shipping both directions. We will not accept exchanges on custom goalie equipment or clearance items.

Refunds:
Refund returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee plus the original cost of shipping. Please note that the original cost of shipping will be charged back to the customer.

Express Exchange:
Express service is available for a $5 service charge. If upon receipt of products the customer desires a new item sent out immediately then the express service is for you. We can charge your credit card for the new item plus shipping (there is no Free Shipping on exchanges); then, when the original item is received, we will refund you the full price of the original item.

Clearance / Closeout Items:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Clearance items can NOT be returned or exchanged. All clearance or closeout items have limited quantities and are sold on a first-come, first-serve basis. Clearance Leg Pads may be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for an item of the same type.

Custom Items:
Custom Items are not eligible for Returns or Refunds.

All products sold by GoalieMonkey.com® are brand new, first quality (unless otherwise noted) with full factory warranties. Please check all items upon receipt, if there is a problem with your order please contact customer service as soon as possible. NO returns will be accepted of used items! This keeps the nozzles clean and ensures optimal print quality. e) To improve print quality, place the ink cartridge print-head on a moistened towel with warm water for 1-2 minutes only and then on a dry paper towel, repeat process 2-3 times until ink begins to flow. f) Low ink or out of ink error messages - Your replacement cartridge is filled to maximum capacity. The ink level indicator window may prompt cartridge as empty or low, please ignore & close the message window. g) Printer does not recognize cartridge. Ignore this message and attempt to print using your replacement cartridge. Return Policy and Procedure 1. If you wish to return a purchased item for any reason, please first email our Customer Service department (customerservice@usa4ink.com) for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending your product back to us.
